This hotel, located near Burnham Park and the Baguio market, is in a prime spot to explore the city's attractions. It is also close to the ukay-ukay center and various food stores, making it easy to indulge in shopping and enjoy local cuisine. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with a smile. The basic amenities, like rooms with a bathtub, add extra comfort. Additionally, the keyless entry system provides convenience and enhances security.
Noisy rooms make it hard to sleep during the night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this venue and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking to explore the area as it is conveniently located within walking distance of Burnham Park Lake, which is only about 700 feet away.

Spent my New Year at an old hotel near a park. Loved the quick response from the staff when I contacted them for rates and availability. the hotel's location was perfect, right next to the park and places to shop and eat. the rooms were clean and spacious, and they even provided hot water - a must for the cold Baguio weather! And the staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants to try out.
No tour services nor transportation provided by the hotel, but it wasn't really a big deal as there were plenty of taxis passing by. the hotel's facilities were a bit outdated, but I didn't mind as I spent most of my time exploring the city.

Great location, close to tourist spots, shopping areas, and restaurants. Courteous and accommodating staff, from phone reservations to room service.- Free fast internet service.- Delicious dinner from room service.- Affordable rates.
The hotel needs renovation, with worn carpets and outdated TVs. Can be noisy at night due to passing cars.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and services provided. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable. Despite being a budget-friendly option, they didn't compromise on basic amenities such as having rooms with bath tubs. This added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. Moreover, the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was near various attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city and try different cuisines.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
